Discover Your Personal Reasons for Pursuing a Flexible Work Arrangement
Having a clear picture of your "new and improved" lifestyle will help motivate you to persist in the steps toward obtaining a flexible work arrangement.
Briefly describe your general vision for the lifestyle changes you'd like to experience as a result of having job flexibility. Or, you might find it easier to list the activities that you'll be able to do as a result. For example:
- Spend more time with your child and/or spouse.
- Have more time for exercise or healthier cooking and eating.
- Start, or spend more time at, your own business.
- Relax and enjoy leisurely activities.
Keep these motivators in mind as you patiently work through the proposal preparation process.
