Hardboiled eggs
David writes, "When making deviled eggs...how do I help to center the yolks?"
Answer:
Place fresh eggs into a pot and cover with COLD water. Bring the water to a boil. Cover, turn off the heat and let stand for 10 minutes. The eggs will be hardboiled and the centers will be yellow and perfect!
