Lynn writes, "I'm looking for creative ways to arrange grapes on a platter at a wedding reception. Can you help? Thanks!"

Answer: I love to arrange grapes in perfect clusters – they are a wonderful garnish on a cheese board. For a fun twist try freezing the grapes. They will take on a frosted look that will add texture to you platter.

You may also want to sugar your grapes. Brush dry grapes lightly with a mixture of egg white and water. Sprinkle granulated sugar onto the brushed grapes. Allow to sit in the freezer for several hours to dry. This technique will also work with flower petals like roses or daisies - which would be a beautiful addition to your wedding table.
