Kathleen Wells, Ph.D. and Career Coach
Dr. Kathleen Wells is a professional career coach with a genuine interest
in the success of each of her clients. As Director of Coaches That Care, she provides resume or marketing portfolio design and development as well as
coaching in a variety of other career topics such as interviewing and networking skills, salary negotiations, and long-term career planning.
Over many years of coaching, Kathleen has been the Chief Career Advisor of
a national company, a Career Counselor for the Army Career and Alumni
Program, and Director of Coaches That Care. She is a college Adjunct Instructor
and has been a college placement officer.
Kathleen's background provides the skills she needs to help her clients
find success. She is a published author and novelist and has graduate degrees
in Anthropology and Psychology. Her teaching and public speaking topics include career skills, strategies for success, speech, psychology, and English composition. She is a dedicated coach and teacher who is warm, approachable and easy to talk to.
