Lorex Wireless Monitoring System
Getting an audio monitor has long been a standard for keeping track of baby at night or during naps, but we believe video monitors are the only way to go. With the Lorex Wireless Monitoring System you can check on your baby all night long without having to get up and peek into their room. The camera is equipped with night vision so you can easily see your child in daylight, low light or even complete darkness. If your child is prone to crying or making noise in his or her sleep, having this video monitor will save you from a middle of the night trot across the house.

The handheld unit has a range of up to 450 feet - we had no problem using the monitor in any room of the house. You can also hook up the handheld unit up to a TV or computer if you'd like to view it larger. The Lorex system is expandable; you can switch between four different cameras from one handheld monitor.

Setup is extremely easy - just pick a location for the camera, plug it in, charge the handheld unit and you are ready to go. Having a video monitor for your child's room enhances your peace of mind. We think it's a Must-Have for any family with babies and/or small children. The Lorex Wireless Monitoring System is available on Amazon.com and other retailers.

Zboost Cell Phone Signal Extender
If you've gotten sick of saying "can you hear me now" while using your cell phone in your home or office, then a cell phone signal booster like the zBoost YX510 will change your life. That may sound like a strong statement but if you've become used to standing near a window or walking outside every time you talk on your cell phone then we think you'll find a signal extender is really a Must Have product. We tested the zBoost in a house with a fairly weak signal and found that it did improve both the number of bars and the sound quality of our calls. The zBoost basically takes a signal from outside your house or office and repeats it on an indoor base unit.

For easy setup you can place the antenna inside near a window that gets good cell reception and then run the cable into another room connected to the base unit, but your signal performance may not improve that much. To get the best reception you may need to mount the antenna on your roof and then run the cable through the attic to your base unit. Obviously this type of setup can be more time-consuming.

Motorola H780 Bluetooth Headset
If you spend any amount of time in the car on a cell phone, then a Bluetooth headset is a definite Must-Have so that you can safely keep both hands on the steering wheel. The H780 features background noise cancellation through dual microphones. When we tested it in a noisy environment the person on the other end had no problem hearing our voice, although they still heard some of the background it was more muted. We found the sound quality to be better than previous Bluetooth headsets that we have owned. The H780 features multipoint technology that allows it to be connected to two different cell phones, which will come in handy if you use both a work and personal cell phone.

Plantronics Calisto Pro
If you frequently multi-task while on the phone, we recommend a hands-free phone for your home office. The Calisto Pro features a Bluetooth headset that allows you to talk on your landline, computer-based VoIP and cell phone. And it is easy to switch between the three types of connections. The extended mouthpiece on the headset, contributes to the good sound quality.

The call log on the phone, acts like a cell phone by letting you look at calls by missed, dialed and answered. Another useful feature is the ability to download your Outlook contacts into the phone's 200-name phonebook. In the phonebook you can associate 3 numbers per entry (work, home and cell).

The feature that really sets this phone apart is that it can connect to your computer through USB to use either Skype or Yahoo Voice, however it does require you to install software on your computer to use this feature.
